Little Cardinals Nest follows the SJCSD Calendar above.
All St. Johns County schools close one hour early on Wednesdays and on December 18, 2026 and May 28, 2027. This will apply to LCN’s VPK class (those enrolled in hours 8:25-2:45/1:45 Wed. ONLY), but not the Peeps (3’s) class due to the 3’s class nap time (nap until 2:30).
For VPK students enrolled full-time (7:00-5:30), LCN will close at 5:00 (instead of 5:30) on December 18, 2026 and May 28, 2027 to match CCE extended day early closure.
If St. Johns County schools are closed for break or hurricane/severe weather, LCN is also closed.
