Students use Clever to access Schoology, Microsoft 365, and other links for students. For online textbooks, students in grades K-5 use Clever. Parents use ParentSquare for school communication and Schoology to keep track of schoolwork.
Volunteer Application
A drivers license or State ID is required at all times on school property and when checking your student out. ALL visitors and volunteers entering the school must be an approved volunteer through the county. If you have NOT filled out application, click the School Access Form link. Volunteers will automatically be updated in the system after 3 years. Note to allow 1-4 weeks for your application to process. Please track your volunteer time with our Volunteer Time Sheet.

Absences from School
If your child is absent from school, a parent/guardian must turn in a signed note within 48 hours for the absence to be considered excused. You may also click the link to report the absence and attach a doctor’s note.

The app immediately forwards these reports to appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials for rapid response.
School Access
School access (proceeding past the front office of any school) is required for every individual that is not a staff member of the St. Johns County School District. This is done through completion of the district’s volunteer application. School access is good for 3 years. For help completing the online application, please contact the Volunteer Services Department.
